Kaspersky is a global company with a portfolio of security solutions and services. The company operate in 200 territories and have 34 offices in more than 30 countries. It consists of more than 4,000 highly-qualified specialists.
Kaspersky business is a safer future. So it interested in the best employees and does everything in the best interest of them. The main goal is to create a portal for convenient and fast searching of interesting vacancies.
We created user portraits and analyzed their experience, behaviors and priorities. We built user scenarios to explore the full way of work seeker. The design system based on client’s company design and created to cover all user scenarios.
A full-stack development based on the Bitrix CMS. We integrate Habr Career service and International service Articulate into the employer’s internal management system.
To receive vacancies by external applications and services, we have developed a Rest API.
We studied the hiring management of competitors and analyzed user experience.
We built a service for searching vacancies based on the provided by Kaspersky.
Research helped create user portraits and show us queries of job seekers we need to fix.
Searching for interesting vacancies has become convenient and fast.
